Highway Crashes with Tow Trucks!

So in other words, trying to tow a bus at highway speeds basically turns the tow truck upfit for the T-series into a giant battering ram that completely obliterates whatever AI vehicle is stupid enough to get into your path. 😂😂😂 If it's possible to fit the ram plow to the front, that's going to make an already dangerous battering ram even deadlier.

Fun fact about the new lightbars: German and Italian lightbar have takedowns on with 2nd headlights on and American police lightbars (old and new) have different light modes (new: Traffic advisors and takedowns + light; old: takedowns + lights) to switch to these light modes you need to press the button next to the windows button and the button for the lightbar (I believe it is alt+M)

That was fun! Your videos keep tempting me to finally get BeamNG, but it seems like so much of the coolest content are mods, and i've never been much of a modder, due to difficulty of finding reliable mods, getting them working, dealing with crashes and updates etc....

Do you know how mods work on this game and how to get them? It’s super simple!! There’s literally a menu of mods and you can just click through them and click a “+” and then it adds it and that’s it. Game makes it really easy to download mods, can get harder to find specific stuff but there is a lot of stuff overall and most work really well

There used to be a D series mod a while back with a hook that acted like a real hook. You'd lower it and pick it back up and hope it grabbed something strong. I might have to look for that one again.

ATS should have a tow mode where trucks or cars are broken down on the road as your destination and you need to hook up and tow them to wherever.

I just bought the thrustmaster t248 wheel and I need to know if the wheel you tested felt "ticky" when you turned it, like the belt teeth are meshing with the gear teeth and feels like a ticking vibration while you turn the wheel. This is my first wheel and I have no idea if that's how they feel. I though it would be smooth and only feel FFB. It's kinda hard driving in ats because every MM the wheel turns it Iike notches? It's very hard to explain but very easy to feel in the wheel. Please let me know if that's how they should feel.

yes gear driven wheels have a tick/grainy feel to them. The Logitech wheels are similar, since the T248 is an entry level wheel it is gear driven. I have the TS-PC Racer that is a belt driven wheel so it is much smoother. The smoothest you can get are the direct drive wheels.
