"When the engine and belt are both off, I noticed that I can manually spin/move all of the pulleys except for the crankshaft pulley. Is this normal, or should the crankshaft be easy to spin as well? The engine in question is a K20A engine. Thank you."

man mine has 4 10mm bolts then one big 30mm bolt and i cant get the 10mm bolts off

Let that socket wrench brace itself on the ground and turn it over. The starter will break it free has worked 5/5 times for me personally.
