Anise - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 4pcs
Dry Chillies - 3 pcs
Curry Leaves
Onion - Chopped 2nos
Ginger Garlic Paste
Tomato - Chopped 2nos
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chill Powder - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1tsp
Garam Masala - 2tsp
Bone less Mutton - 500 gms
Shallots - 5 nos

Hi Anu Mam ! u said cook onion till golden brown, can't we skip this golden brown concept which is repeated in all cooking shows. No doubt it gives a good taste, but remember to say that this creates indigestion as we r told to avoid deep fry, why not avoid onion deep fried to golden brown. I'm not a master chef or a nutritionist, but an experienced n simple male - house hold cook. Nanum Cook, Gramamum Cook. Hope u know me Anu. Super show mutton chukka. Liptik colour adikudhu n when u eat mutton chukka u have to smack ur lips, n certainly u would have the combo taste of liptik n mutton chukka. isn't it.

Yes, she's from a Brahmin family. But I don't know why they eat nonveg. It's obviously their choice. We're not going to decide anything with that. But it's shocking to know. But Suhasini mam's mother is aged about 80. She's still orthodox and doing works perfectly.
