Hi dra. I started my lcif when I watched accidentally ur video last March 5. Then avoided the carbs like wheaten bread n red/brown rice and it's amazing my fbs gone low from 150 -160 now 90-100. But unfortunately I have side effect nagkarun me ng diarrhea kaya I consulted a private doc. But bcoz I truly believed you I stopped taking the drugs. And decided to be a KZbin member lcif last week lang apr 8. Then watched ko ulit video mo about the proper salt intake un pala lang ang answer. Kaya ung mga first timer na low carb dieters dapat magmember talaga to gather more healthy/helpful info Kay dra. I assured you na effective talaga lahat sinasabi ni dra coz I experienced it. Thanks dra. Your a blessing to all lcif dieters. Ingat po kau lagi para madami pa kau matulungan. I'm 64 yo diabetic at nakaranas na Ng konting inflammation sa mga kamay at tuhod at pati fast irregular heartbeat ñawala din. Ty again dra

maraming salamat doc. ginawa ko na ang lahat pero d ko maibaba ang aking timbang lalo pa akong bumibigat. dahil pakiramdam ko araw araw parang lalong sumasakit ang aking katawan.nong narinig kita doc. na nagsalita na yotube cnonod kita. salamat sa Dios. ngayon po hindi na sumasakit ang katawan ko. kc gumaan ang aking timbang .

Doc salamat paulit ulit akong nkikinig a.u unyi unti nkong natututo sa pg sund sa manga advice mo.masidhi anh pg nanais ko .na matulungan yong sarili ko. Gusto ko pang lumawig ang buhay ko salamat kaht abhtin ako ng ilang oras ang importantematuto ako.

Hi doc, just started my lcif last month and brisk walking exercise this October... gradually lessen first my rice/bread/pasta and sweets intake last July-August til totally rid of rice/pasta/sweets start of Sept.. from weight of 68.75 kilos in July 16, down to 63.45 today..way to go to reach the right BMI..slowly but surely, just right mindset and discipline..thank you very much for your continuous info/gudance😊❤

Kaya pala halos mamatay aq Sa hika q for 2 mos. Kase araw araw ang kinakain q sandwich na peanut butter so sweet nakaka 2 big bottles aq Sa isang linggo... At ng hininto q.. Ok na aq.. Thank you so much doc. Galing po!

hello doc dec 3 po aq nag umpisa ng lcf dec 5 ay nag normal n po ang aking blood sugar at wala n po aq high blood. kumakain po aq ng low carb ay 12 ng tanghalu at s gabi ay before 7. at ang kain q n po a 7 am.sinubukan q po n kumain ng taba ng pork ay hindi n po aq n high blood.pag gusto q po ng fried chicken or fish ang ginagamit q pong oil ay ang oil ng taba ng pork.thank you po doc marami po aq natututunan sa inyo.at ito po ay maituturo q rin po aa iba.God bless you po

I've been dabbling in low carb and intermittent fasting for a while now, though my efforts have been a bit sporadic, leading to fluctuations in my weight. Dc.salamat po talaga sa paggamit sayo,nagkaroon ng kagalongan ang diabetic ko for 26 yrs.Dahil po sa mga sakit ng kasukasuan ay di ko na inaral ng malaliman ang tinuro mong lowcarb,makalipas lang ang 2 days na marinig ko ikaw sa Utube,ginawa ko agad mga tinuro mo sa pagbakasakali na gumaling.Oct.12,2023 ng magsimula ako sa lowcarb na ang scale ko ay 63 kgs.,sys.147,dia.89,pulse 73,fbs.253.Nov.12 iniwan ko na gliclazedi dahil buma na lahat.at Dec .12 iniwan ko na rin pantanghali na metformin dahil scale ko 53kgs.,sys111,dia74,fbs84 at sinabayan ko ng 20hrs.fasting.marami po akong saging na tanim pero di na ako kumain dahil sa tanang buhay ko For 26 yrs. Ngayon ko lang naranasan na 84 or 4.66 sugar ko.muli salamatsa Dios dahil napanood kita sa UT.

Hi Doktora lagi ko etong pinanonood paulit ulit kc back uli ako sa low carb nagstop ako kc mali yung low carb ko nagkaroon ako ng Gallblader stones end up na naopera tingin ko naadik akong gumamit ng sugar 0 like Stevia…. Kc gusto kumain ng low carb sweet foods

@@drjosephinegracerojotan tama po kayo yun ang mali ko salamat po uli Doktora every 3months checked up yung sugar ko last June3 nasa 6.4 na kaya nagstart na agad akong maglow carb on that day . Need ko po sumali sa community ninyo kc need guidance po tinanggal na din yung Gallbladder ko.
