Dati ang blood sugar ko ay 350. No medicine ako kc nahihilo ako. Ang ginawa ko exercise everyday, kumain pa rin ako ng kanin pero once a day. 15 yrs na below 100 ang blood sugar ko. Hindi masama kumain ng kanin limit lang at exercise. Proven ko yan. May regular check up ako pero lahat ng laboratory awa ng Diyos normal. 65 yrs old na ko now.

Lahat ng masasarap ay bawal.Mas madali cgurong gawin,eat on moderation kc kung susundin lahat ng ito parang wala na tayong karapatan kumain ng masarap.JUST EAT IN MODERATION SA LAHAT NG FOODS INCLUDING FRUITS.

May kagandahan naman sa mga explanation niyang mahaba dahil pra sa mga beginners madali nilang maintindihan. For me, dati n akong nanonood kay Doc Grace since December 2021 and I tried to follow her instructions. Nakabuti nman tlga sa health ko. But then sometimes I cheat and tend to continue cheating! Now that I am realizing that I dont stop cheating I repeat watching her videos again just an inspiration to start the lowcarb diet again. Her explanations is maraming palabok but yet too natural n parang nagkukwentuhan lng kyo ng best friend mo.

Mas mabuti yong explained sa atin ng mabuti thank you so much doc for clear explaination dami kong natutunan i start low carb last day gulay lang kinakain ko from 205 sugar bumababa siya ng 131 to 173 , wala na ako nag snacks doc tubig lang .

Our Lola she eats everything as long as it is edible, she died at the age of 94, no major surgery, no maintenance, she died due to old age and her health is not that good to sustain. But before she passed away she still eat lechon at the age of 94

Good pm Doc Grace napanood ko po mga videos mo na inganyo akong gawin ang sinasabi mong low carb senior na po ako nasa18days na ako at ramdam ko ang gaan sa pakiramdam at lumiit ng bahagya ang tiyan ko thanks sa guide mo nahihiya na kasi ako sa katabaan ko. dati di ko kayang mag papak ng meat pero ngayon kumakain ako kahit walang rice.

hi po doc ! nung first time ko po mapanood yung video nyo sabi ko 3 days no carbs kaya ko kaya ? “kinaya nmn” after two weeks nagulat po ako sa sarili ko kaya ko pala ng walang rice ,pasta,bread lahat po yan sama nyo pa po and kamote,patatas lahat po yan paborito ko specially spaghetti may kasama pang toasted bread ngaun po pang 3 weeks na ! no more cravings for any kinds of deserts 74kg to 69kg na po tulad po ng sabi nyo pag baba ng timbang bonus nlng yan ok na po ang blood sugar at blood preasure same din po sa husband ko (^ ^)ndi na po question saken kung kaya ko pa ang nasasabi ko na po is “GUSTO KO PA “ gusto ko pa lumakas ,gusto ko pa mapag ige ang aking sarili at gusto ko pa maging healthy kaya very grateful po at isa ako sa naka panood ng videos nyo thank you very much po doc God bless po

Thumbs up 👍 po ako sa MGA payo mo doc about low carbs or total no sugar diet. Actually, less favor pa nga Ito sa MGA doctor Kasi mawawalan sila Ng patients kapag wala nang nagkasakit dahil sa rice and sweets, Pero you chose to educate us Doc, Kaya maraming maraming salamat po. Hindi nakakasawang panuorin ang mga video nyo po dra. Grace,going to 6 months na po ako na no rice nawala na talaga ang pangangati ng ilong ko at Wala na akong katabi na tissue sa gabi.salamat po dr. Grace ❤️🙏❤️

less than 3months na po aq NO RICE and No white bread 🍞 kayang kaya . hnd q na po alam kung ano Ang RICE 😆 Hnd muna hhanap hanapin pag nasubukan muna Po na no rice.. hnd din po nkakagutom kaht no rice basta Tama Ang kinakain mo sa maghapon OMAD/TMAD nalang din po aq ngaun, Wala na maxdong sakit sa likod at katawan.. sobrang sarap sa pakiramdam hnd feeling bloated thanks Doc. at sa Gc ng keto.

I think Food intake and its effect on our body defends upon our body and physical constitutions... I am 82 and I think anything ang everything and I am still good . I have my high blood since I was 50 years old. and I never abstain on meat and beed and I love rice and pasta...... There is no bawal with me. I dont have much wrinkle too. I have no rheumatism... Thank God. for my good health.

Hindi kau magsisisi pag hindi na kau mag kanin ako po 69 yrs old na pero matagal na wala ang kanin sa meals ko. It really helps in my health hindi po mataas ang sugar ko at hindi po ako tumaba ng sobra. Pls try nio. Nasa 6 yrs na po akong hindi nag rice. More on ulam

To cook perfect hardboiled egg? Let the water boil first then add eggs n cook exactly for 10 mins thereafter turn off stove, remove eggs from d pan n submerged in cold water or with ice water to stop cooking process. Let it cool down n ready to eat. Regardless of quantity of eggs you cook, just cook for 10 mins. as long as they r all submerged in boiling water, they all will be cook evenly n no black carbon on the yolk. Enjoy eating hard boiled eggs.😋

Dr ang mother ko po is 87 yrs old na ako po ang nagpapakain sa kanya since dalaga sya hangang sa tumanda na talagang may rice na po sila.. pero ako po kasi dahil matanda na sya 1/2 rice nalang po sya mas marami ang gulay at isda.. at may kasamang isang maliit na saging .. more on talagang vege sya isda chicken at paminsa. Minsan di po sya kumakain ng meat talaga pero sobrang malakas pa po sya.. 1 cup of oakmeal boil egg at small banana ay ok na po sa kanyang breakfast.. but anyway thanks for sharing low carb po 🙏

I csn relate on this Dra. JGRT, when my hubby & I went to Belgium my daughter & her fam seldom used rice, but more on potatoes pero tumataba pa rin ung anak ko kc inam nman ung bread and potatoes niya. Ok na ako sa 1 sliced of bread & 2pcs of hardboiled eggs. Kaso ibinili kami ng anak ko ng jasmine rice kc naghanap si hubby kaya un napapakain ako ng rice perk bumaliknung rhinitis, ung allergy ko I keep on sneezing. Kaya more on romaine na ako, fried fish or chicken or tapa ng cow, ox or lamb, or pork liempo.

Very nice and helpful po dr. Rojo. But in reality the low carb diet is very expensive..lalot napakamahal ng mga gulay dito sa Pinas. Ang nangyayari po eh nililiitan na lang or kaunti ang amount ng rice and balanced diet na lang. I just take vitamin c supplement also the z3x products of zynergia that contains moringo, guyabano and mangosteen. Following also the walking at least 2 to 3x a day early in the morning for the sunshine vitamins also. Doing exercie at least once or 2x a week, Enough sleep and rest. Thank God i am.maintaining my good weight which is 5okls. And also maintaining my goog health. Probably if i have much more.budget i will follow your low carb diet soon . Very thankful.because of your you tube video. God bless

4 days palang me na hindi na kumakain ng kanin. Saba (hindi hinog) na saging na luto na ang ginawa me na alternative sa rice. Isang boiled na itlog at sinabawang ( either) dahon Ng kangkong, malunggay, kamote, pichay. Ok na ba Doc ang ganun o may Mali pa?

@@marlindaombid3789 It maybe because well balance parin ang food intake niya or di na rin sila kumakain ng maalat taba or makarner, hindi naman totally bawal yan nasa caution list lang means limited lang ang intake. Then have you asked do they have quality of life kahit matanda na wala ba sila ibang sakit na nararamdaman rayuma dementia etc.

Out of touch sa reality pa rin si Doktora. Natuwa na ko na narerecognize niya kaming mga butu't balat. Pero bawal lang magfasting at di pa rin kakain ng carbohydrates. To think na alam mo na nga Dok yung physiology kung paano tataba ang isang tao e. And that is sa pagkain ng carbohydrates, yung sobrang glucose ang kinoconvert into fats. Isipin mo nga Dok, as a carb eater kami then buto't balat pa rin. Ibig sabihin nagagamit namin all throughout the day yung glucose even the glycogen stores kaya kinabukasan more or less nagagamit na namin yung fat stores bago pa kami kumain ng pagkain. We are talking here Dok as a buto't balat, hindi yung payat lang na alam mo naman na may mataas pa rin na body fat percentage. You want us to gain our weight in muscles kasi mas mabigat yung muscles compared sa taba. Masama ba yung may certain something percentage of fat? Gusto mo lang kaming lean. And contradicting na nga rin yan kasi alam mo naman need pa rin ng glucose ng katawan natin (much more the brain), i-aasa mo lang na i-convert yung protein as glucose. Eh di sayang din yung binibuild na muscles kung i-coconvert into glucose. Why not eat the glucose. Alam ko yung tinuturo mo rito is para sa matataba and it's sustainable kasi nga marami silang taba in the first place. Kahit talaga di magsikain ng carbohydrates yan mabubuhay yang mga yan. But not us na mga buto't balat na. Siguro kaya kung laging may kinakain, mabubuhay kami ng protein and fats lang ang kinakain kahit buto't balat na basta laging may pagkain. But paano kung magkaroon ng famine kami ang unang mamamatay dahil wala na kami agad i-coconvert as energy. Kuha na agad sa muscles hanggang sa mamatay sa starvation. Be realistic naman hahaha.

May mga tao talaga di tumataba kahit anong kain, pero sa ibang paraan babawiin only time will tell. Wala nman pilitan dito pero marami naitulong ito sa mga may existing health conditions hindi lang sa matataba. Malay mo dumating yun time na kailnganin mo rin ito at least may option ka kesa mag gamot.
