And also i have not done my Medical accordance to instruction of my interview letter but other already have it done and the officer asked me whether i have it done or not. So can i asked them for my medical as it is requirement till my administrative process is done? Because the medical needs around one and half month too to be scheduled and received the resualt.

Went to an interview to renew my visa put under administrative processing after 60 days I email them and reply still undergoing administrative processing email I will got adjudication when they reveiw what that is saying.

Hello, I checked and my wife’s application says “Ready,” but she already did the interview. The interview went well and she was approved. No refusal or administrative process was said to her. She was told, “your visa is approved.” It has been two weeks now no passport back. I emailed the embassy and I was told the visa application is on administrative process. I’m confused. She was told approved and was never asked for any extra documents or administrative process. The only thing I’m thinking and please let me know if I’m wrong. My 2022 tax transcript was not uploaded on the day of the interview due to technical difficulties. She gave them the 2022 tax transcript and they make a copy. After the interview I tried uploading it again and it was successfully submitted. Could that be the reason? When is the right wait times before I get a lawyer like you involve?
