Kelly Clarkson is out of this world gifted vocalist. Very real, kind, humble human. Whenever she opens her mouth she sucks you in into the song...very good with dynamic & vocal control. She able to sing complex melisma not many does. She only sings LIVE...you should check out of of her performances. She doesn't lip-synced once in her life even if she having laryngitis or almost ruptured appendicitis on billboards music awards or freaking cold. Any weather condition she just sang live

Thank you for reacting to Kelly singing The Dance! I have seen this numerous times and never get tired of seeing it again. Kelly is the best vocalist IMO! She is so talented, humble, down-to-earth, positive, generous, genuine, loving, and kind. I would love to hear more reactions of Kelly Clarkson. How about her and Jake Hoot singing I Would've Loved You or Kelly singing I Dare You for the finale of The Voice. She sang in six different languages when she sang I Dare You on the finale. @@MJRTunes - I think Adele would be maybe 1st on a lot of people’s list for the greatest current singer. I also think Pink doesn’t get the shine she deserves. She’s incredible. Oddly- Britney Spears gets more press( even before #freeBritney), even though she was lip syncing in Vegas. I know it’s wouldn’t be “one of the greatest vocalist, but still) But I think you ask people the great female singers of this era and they’d say Beyoncé, Adele, and who else?. I’d add JHud, KClarkson and Pink.

Kelly is out of this world. I’ve been with her since American Idol and she never fails to amaze me all these years with how versatile she is. I dare say I think she’s the best singer of her generation. I am a bit biased though. I love her tone, I love her range, her control. She’s just a phenomenal singer. She gets better as she ages, it’s amazing.

She had just had Garth on her show a few weeks earlier, they spoke about The Dance. She said she’d been singing it for years but now going through her divorce, it had a completely different meaning. She told him she’d doubt she could sing it now without crying. You should watch it again, she made Garth cry. ❤️

I don't know if it's nerves, and I don't usually notice this with her, but her vibrato is way too fast and exaggerated for me in this.
