This channel is just awesome, your videos have such a relaxing aesthetic effect. I am a south Indian but since childhood I have been a fan of Bengali food because my neighbor Bengali aunty used to make these amazing dishes for me.Now after 15years, I am trying out these dishes and they give an amazing feel of nostalgia and the same old taste. While growing up, this used be my favorite item for breakfast. I am from Bangladesh, basically a 'Bengali' as well. I could connect with so many things like: Bhoger Khichuri, Ilish maach, luchi, dalna and all that. I really admire the efforts you guys are putting. So a huge hug from a 'Bong' from Bangladesh. :)

Subarna Shekhar Gaine You do realise that this video making takes a lot of effort and they have to show a clean clutter free kitchen and everything is too sterile - potatoes, expensive slicers, clothes to dry potatoes, kadai, the sieve, tokri, chef knife, paper napkins , fry oil spoon , mortar pestle..this must have taken them an entire day to shoot.
