Kuchei Lama has wonton noodles curry tofu dim sum and other most authentic delicacies Thanks you Mr. Lee and buddy Danny 🙏.
It was great food haunt over at Kuchai Lama this time - the traditional 70's old taste of Dim Sum can be savored , fantastic curry mee and many others. Also- it's an eye opener for me to see the 3 varieties of Guangzhou Cheong Fun using a cleverly made steamer and the cook preparing it professionally. Good one👍. Quite a spread covered in this Kuchai Lama episode. We have extensive dishes for the nasi lemak to innovative desserts by younger entrepreneurs that " I think " needs our support for them to succeed. What more can you ask - when Elmo even had keropok lekor to introduce. All rounder and again it's Yatt Lau ! Mou Tak Deng ! Thank you Elmo and also not forgetting Danny who has nearly always been there for very good adventurous food haunt trips. 👌👌👌

A lot of mouth watering recommendations by our renowned foodie Mr Elmo, couldn't thanks enough for your efforts indeed. For my part, the only shortcoming in watching your KZbin is, most of the delicacies introduced by you are hardly can be found in my place that I am residing now. My cousin used to argue with me that foods in KL (Klang Valley in actual) are not as tasty as in Ipoh, particularly, and as always I sniffed at him with strong disapprovals. It all depends on where you go and the reliability of recommendations I gathered.

Wanted to try the Ipoh Hor Fun at Restoran Ho Wan but it was already sold out. According to the owner, he has increased his supplies by 50% yet it sells out a lot earlier due to increased demand because of this video. Gave me his number to call so that he will reserve for me the next time. Tried out the Cheong Fun instead and it was a fantastic recommendation! Thanks Elmo! Well done and keep it up!

Dear Elmo, I lived in KL area a while back to my college time. Though, the place you introduced maybe quite unfamiliar. What I meant if you can put up a map point out the location of Kuchai lama, Ss2, Cheras… in your presentation will help people go into the picture more easily. Good job on researching the historical back ground of each episode.

You should do an introduction for vegetarian foods also. Now days, a lot of people are taking vegetarian food on the 1st and 15th of the month. There a lot of nice vegetarian foods. E.g. There is one store at Everyday Food Court at Puchong Jaya sells very nice vegetarian curry noodles and wantan mee and etc.

I would like to share with you what is missing. It is the price of the food. Most of us also view other foodies' review in KZbin. The price or money spent (with receipt) is always there. Why? 1. It gives viewer a sense of what to expect on the damage to their wallet, 2. It proves that the reviewer is paying and not sponsored. For example, I love to try the fish head noodle in Taman Kuchai Lama but without price indication it is a no-no place because it looks like a very expensive place & sure get chop carrot head
@malaysiafood3282 жыл бұрын

Please do not spend so much time responding to viewer criticism in yr introductory remarks. Not necessary to defend as you cannot please everyone. Better to keep yr channel strictly on food/travel reviews per Elmo and with some historical information. These are the highlights, positives and strengths of yr channel. The negative criticisms are not.
