Thank you so much for sharing your masterful yet refreshing interpretation of this contemporary mega-challenging work! To me it sounded like Jesus was walking in the wilderness for 49 days going through countless temptations and obstacles by the Devil, and finally receiving the approval from the heavenly father and bestowed the divine mission for his ultimate sacrifice on the cross which was Jesus’s purpose of coming to save this fallen world and resurrected to accomplish the goal and triumph over the devil. Your performance and rendition are so pristine and in command of tempo, dynamic contrast, phrasing, and musicianship are truly admirable and appreciated! God bless!

how hard would you say this was compared to the technical works of other composers like chopin or liszt?

I am studying it and the second movement is really difficult. Probably one of the hardest pieces I ever studied, as difficult as a ballad by Chopin, or even more. The first it's also pretty difficult
