😍平時大家在"打冷店"食蠔餅 要七八十蚊一碟, 今次自己做只需要三十幾蚊😆, 而且啲蠔仔又大大粒, 自己做又可以洗得好乾淨!😃可以話皮薄餡靚又抵食,而且仲可以用鴨蛋嚟做,所以蠔餅嘅香味都特別濃郁呀😍 大家睇完我條片你今晚記得試下整嚟食呀😜

【食譜】- 鴨蛋煎蠔餅 chiu chow oyster omelette
材料
蠔仔 一碟
番薯粉 半碗
鴨蛋 兩隻
蔥粒 少許
調味料
鹽 三分一茶匙
胡椒粉 少許
做法
1.蠔仔用水洗乾淨,加入生粉,再用水洗乾淨,直接放落熱水灼熟
2.番薯粉加入半杯水開成糊狀,加入煮熟的豪仔/蔥粒和調味料
3.用平底鑊燒熱加上油,逐少倒入蠔餅
4.打好的鴨蛋,逐少加入蠔餅內
5.兩邊煎至香脆即可食用
😏雖然這一次的蠔餅好像比較簡單,但也不一定一次成功,多數問題會出現在粉漿的分量,如大家有問題可以留言畀我 我好樂意為大家解答😜
Material
Oysters one plate
Sweet potato starch half bowl
duck eggs two
A little bit of green onion
seasoning
Salt 1/3 teaspoon
pepper a little
practice
1. Wash the oysters with water, add cornstarch, wash them with water again, put them in hot water and cook until cooked
2. Add half a cup of water to sweet potato flour and boil until it becomes a paste, add cooked haozi/scallions and seasonings
3. Heat up a flat-bottomed wok, add oil, and pour in the oyster cakes little by little.
4. Add the beaten duck eggs little by little to the oyster cakes
5. Fry both sides until crispy and serve

Tepong ubi kayu 50 gm, campur tepong Beras 20 gm, Air 180 bs 200 ml, SoS ikan 1 spoon, Serbuk lada putih 1 tea spoon ,garam half tea spoon, mixed well, put Aside. Ok.

Top Chef.. Step 1 .minyak pork lard 1 spoon goteng dengan Oyster ,Step 2 ,Tepong yang mixed,, Step 3,,Telur ayam 3 biji, Step 4 ,Sayur putih atau Cilanto.. Step 1 to Step. 4 tidak goreng lwbih 4.2 minutes, ( Setiap layer only 45 secound.)

一般會用鴨蛋, 做出來比較香, 味道也 跟雞蛋不一樣。 你自己可以試試啊😆😆 可能你用雞蛋做,你也會很喜歡呢😊😊
