Ingredients:
📌 A5 Wagyu beef
📌 Garlic
Marinade:
📌 Oil
📌 Salt
📌 Pepper
Instructions:
1. Season both sides of the Wagyu beef with salt and pepper.
2. Preheat a skillet over high heat, add oil and heat it up, then place the steak and garlic in the skillet. Sear over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
3. Quickly flip the steak and sear for 40 to 50 seconds, then plate and serve. Enjoy!
