⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 茄汁豬仔骨 材料: 急凍豬仔骨3磅 茄汁 冰糖2粒 車厘番茄適量 芫荽適量 處理: 1. 豬仔骨,清水解凍。 2. 豬仔骨已解凍,倒去水分,加入粗鹽一湯匙醃10分鐘,去除雪味、腥味,及加入少許鹹味。 3. 豬仔骨,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,廚紙索乾。 烹調: 1. 大火鑊內燒熱油一湯匙。 2. 放豬仔骨落鑊,轉中火,繼續煎,兩面都略煎一煎,轉最慢火。 3. 加入調味料: a. 茄汁半支 b.冰糖兩大粒 c. 雞粉半茶匙 d. 胡椒粉適量 加入大滾水,蓋過豬仔骨面,大火煮滾,反一反它,轉中慢火,冚蓋,燜30分鐘。 4. 豬仔骨,已燜了30分鐘,可酌量加入適量茄汁,再燜5分鐘。 5. 豬仔骨,夾上碟,淋上醬汁。 6. 放上車厘蕃茄及芫荽。 7. 完成,可享用。 Pork ribs in tomato sauce Ingredients: Frozen pork ribs 3 lbs Tomato ketchup Rock sugar 2 cubes Cherry tomatoes appropriate amount Coriander appropriate amount Preparation: 1. The pork, defrost in tap water. 2. The pork has been defrosted, pour away water. Add in 1 tbsp of cooking salt, season for 10 minutes, to remove unpleasant smells and add some salty tastes to it. 3. The pork, rinse thoroughly. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels. Steps: 1. Heat up a tbsp of oil at high flame in wok. 2. Put the pork in wok. Turn to medium flame and continue frying. Both sides of the pork, fry well. Turn to the lowest flame. 3. Add seasoning: a. Tomato ketchup half bottle b. Rock sugar 2 big cubes c. Chicken powder 0.5 tsp d. Pepper appropriate amount Add in boiled-up water just covering up the pork. Heat up at high flame. Fip it over. Turn to medium-low flame. Cover up the wok. Braise for 30 minutes. 4. Pork, has been braised for 30 minutes, add in appropriate amount of tomato ketchup. Braise for 5 minutes more. 5. The pork, put on plate. Pour the sauce on top. 6. Put cherry tomatoes and coriander on top. 7. Complete. Serve.

No need for oven, no need for airfryer, no need for special seasoning, it is easy to cook. Everyone can do. Only one seasoning is needed. It is tender, and the presentation is good.
