Guys I have a question does anyone know if it was mentioned somewhere at what moment exactly did he drink Tumbledust poison? Was it right before going to check on Hoolay, or maybe after being taken hostage he just had a bottle of it with him, maybe he drank it when Hoolay let him leave to check the starskiffs? (You know, now that I’m writing this, I’m wondering if the wine he was drinking in his character trailer had the Tumbledust poison in it already 😰, if not, it’s still such a good subtle foreshadowing to what will happen) Different question, is Tumbledust only poisonous to Borisin, or to Foxians as well? Cause I don’t know if he went blind from the poison or from the attack

Tumbledust is made from an exotic flower named "Yabruh". A tiny dose can numb the body's senses and alleviate any sensation of pain. Alchemy Commission uses this as a painkiller and as a anesthetic. He carries this with him all the time since he is a medic so we can't really know it for certain but I assume he did it after he lost his hope to return. And for your second question it is effective on every species, not just foxians or borisins. The reason why he went blind is because when taken by a huge amount tumbledust can affect the nervous system. It can also slow metabolism, making the blood thin and resulting in the loss of all senses. Even long-life species cannot escape its effects. His optic nerves were damaged due to overdose which left him blind.

He's not:) according to Lingsha, MC and the others found Jiaoqiu and brought him to the alchemy commission to heal since he and Moze were seriously wounded. So, all in conclusion, Jiaoqiu is well alive and survived!

At the end of the scene, you can see Feixiao meeting with Jiaoqiu along with Moze in the background. Though, from the way Jiaoqiu was able to survive, he suffered severe trauma due to the borisin and the Hoolay. Which is sad to see him like this:(
