Carrey has the same aura and positivity that Robin Williams had when he appeared on talk shows and segments like this one. Jim Carrey is a national treasure and I just wish he stays with us longer than Williams did. Williams was my boyhood hero, and Carrey followed shortly after.

There is a reason for that, a good host understands that the interviewee should get the light. You can’t have 2 comedians trying to take the show, it won’t work, it will clash and be awkward, so one has to hold back. It’s like that between most comedians who interview one another.
