I love the scene when The Mask sings Cuban Pete. It's so funny and very Broadway-esque. I really really love the bit toward the end where he appears over the bar and pulls a Clint Eastwood with that line from Dirty Harry. "Now you have to ask yourself one question: Do I feel lucky? Well, do ya....punk?"

The Mask was meant to be a rated R movie as the comics are. You can tell there's still "some" dark elements in the film. But because Jim Carrey was so popular with the kids he refused to do the role unless they dulled down the horror elements to the film.

This is an absolute classic. An age where a little CGI was used and it was much more about the practical. Jim made Ace Ventura first that came out Feb 94 he wanted to renegotiate terms of the mask studio refused which is why he never made a sequel and the ones the studio made flopped
