Alvarez definitely had a huge crush on Maria at some point. I remember listening to his radio show in the 2000s and he would just gush about her. For example, talking about how she's so beautiful, like an anime character with those huge eyes. I guess this situation means if CM Punk comes back to AEW, he won't be doing any of those post-pay per view press scrums being so polite to Meltzer and Alvarez at them.
