Your body doesn’t just magically get stronger the more you go to the gym, especially at his age. Yes and no. For one thing Rocky is probably three inches taller. I've met them both back in the day. I'm 6'4". Luger was a little shorter than me, the Rock a smidge taller. Luger, in his time, managed to look like that 24/7 for years (with a lot of help) while Dwayne does it in a casual way, just in time for his film shoots. Is he using Testosterone replacement? Dunno, but he's certainly not hammering HGH like Luger was back when.
