Unlike a lot of people, on both sides, I don't care if you vote left, or if you vote right. I just care if you are a good person. Val, is coming across as a complete and total A-Hole. Now granted, he might be going through some mental health Issues, but as someone that has issues himself, I believe that having this problems is no excuse for acting like an insane ass hat.

@@ZeusTheTornado Which is why I normally avoid his political takes videos. I thought something had happened to Val, hence why I watched it. If I'm honest, I stopped with the whole voting for the "Big Two" years ago . I'm from the UK and so we have multiple parties you can vote for. I normally vote for the independent who's polices I agree with, and not vote for one side religiously. Looking at your two candidates, imo, which counts for nothing, both are not what you need. To be honest both sides have openly attacked the other since 2016 , I'm not sure there is a way back. Heck , I see countless Democrats and Republicans , say that they have cut off , or been cut , from their families because someone voted for the other side. My Parents , for as long as I remember had voted for the Conservative Party, but my Uncles voted for the Labour Party. Heck one of them was a party member on the local council and the other had people beg for him to run for MP, he just was too busy. However them and my parents always got on, never talked politics and my father thought of one of them like a brother. Such things now feel rarer and rarer.

A problematic philosophy will always be a problematic philosophy, but these guys could at least be honest about it. Like, the closest thing to being pro communist I've ever heard Jim Cornette say is that the concept of a billionaire is stupid because it's more money than anyone can reasonably spend in a lifetime...that or the definition of success is how much money one needs to no longer have to deal with people they don't want to. If anyone knows anything about communism one would realize that's not close to the ideology at all. There are still politically parties that actually, openly identify as communist. Do a web search for one of them and type mean things about its members, if you're so bothered.

As a Finnish person who is old enough to have lived right next (sbout 50-60 kilometers from the border) to Soviet Union, it’s funny seeing these “ThAtS CaMmUnIsMs!1!” Tweets and comments from people who have never seen communist or communism in action, heh. We actually still had a frocking communist party in Finland when I was a little child, they were REALLY popular and had like a single person in the parliament and there’s over a hundred people there. A really big party has like a third of the seats so to get half, parties need to make alliances and work toward same goals on things. Too much nuance to go in a comment, maybe not perfect system but works a killion times better than 2 party weirdness. Last time, our prez was chosen from approx 20 people, from which 2 highest votes go to round 2, unless someone gets 50%+ votes on the first round and that hasn’t happened since Kekkonen in the 70’s. Now there was a popular dude, he got like 70% votes on the first round and back then, they counted the votes on radio. So for days, one of maybe 2 radio channels went “Kekkonen, Kekkonen, Kekkonen, Kekkonen, Kekkonen.” Every once and a while, there was some other names but even when I was a kid, old people joked and remembered the time when radio went Kekkonen Kekkonen Kekkonen. Anyways, Val Venis seems like a weird dude. He should have kept the washed up porn star gimmick instead of going full on conspiracy communist!

Agreed. Here in the United States, in the 40s and 50s, the politicians took the entertainment industry into what has been known as the most famous witch-hunts in American History. You can easily look it up. I did research on it a few years ago, and it is frightening . It was headed by Senator Joseph McCarthy, who kept these things going for years. This man spared no one, from writers to the highest paid star. These trials were finally stopped, but not until the early 60s. It is worth reading because history does have the habit of repeating itself .

Do you guys learn the political compass in Finland? Because we don’t here and I think it’s a contributing factor in people not understanding what a liberal, communist, socialist, etc really are. Also, the idea that anything “unamerican” is straight communist for decades. They don’t know anything better. It’s sad and has led to people believing utter nonsense. Constant fear of people from other countries and new ideas.
