Looking back at it. Cody Rhodes looks like a genius for stepping away when he did

Say what you will about Cody since left WWE after that stardust gimmick he’s had an uncanny ability to stay 1 step ahead of the game. He’s definitely worn his welcome out a few times since but he always seems to come out on top and is looking to be primed for a mega push once he returns from his pectoral injury. He time spent with his father and brother along with his ability to learn from his personal experiences makes him one of the best minds in the business currently.

Knowing what we know now, the timeline of events… when Jericho sat down and said “hi guys!” is hilarious. It’s even better when, at the end, he pretty clearly whispered to Tony “we had to call the cops… some sh*t went down”. I know Corney can’t stand Jericho, but I’ve always found Jericho entertaining as hell, especially since the original list of 1001 holds. “Arm bar…”…
What’s funny is that prior to AEW and even during the beginning of AEW Corny loved Jericho and sang his praises. Back when Jerichos match with Omega in Japan was announced Corny was saying that Jericho is so great that he was going to be able to make the match good and that it would probably be a success despite Omega. Corny flipped on Jericho largely because of the shit Jericho has done and said during his time in AEW and criticizing Corny for not liking AEW. But that’s how things go with Corny for the most part - he likes someone and sings their praise until they lock into something he vehemently disagrees with and then he decides he doesn’t like that person anymore. I kinda get the issues he has with AEW Jericho though based off of how Corny thinks - I don’t have a ton of issue because Jericho most of the time is just sticking up for his company more often than not which I don’t have an issue with.

Is everyone missing the glaring point that CM punk brought up Cabana? He asked Nick the journalist when was the last time he did improv who did he do improv with oh it was Scott Colton. He instigated the conversation and then sits up there, saying how he shouldn’t have to answer these questions and he’s all self-righteous when at that point no one had asked him about Scott That was all started by punk, so he in this case instigated it, made Tony look like an idiot, disrespected Tony overall, and sounded like complete trash doing it. If that’s not unprofessional I don’t know what it is. OK so I bet I Omega the bucks had it coming, but he’s disrespecting the boss in front of journalists. That’s fucked up
@homedeezyfasheezy56622 жыл бұрын
Yeah I did too. He definitely forced the issue from the minute he realized that reporter just happen to have made acquaintances at some point in his life with Cabana. That poor reporter essentially tried to say I know him but I don’t and haven’t associated with him in quite some time and all of a sudden punk is trying to make them out like A1 homies. Petty and weird as hell:

To be fair to Cabana, if he did spread any stories about Jim Cornette he also laid them all to rest when he returned to ROH and cut a promo about why he had been refusing to return. That's more than can be said for The Bucks and Omega.

Everyone who's wondering WHY did CM Punk started this with bashing Cabana without being asked any question about him are actually missing the whole point (which Punk pointed out during this). There are some false (according to Punk) accusations blasted towards Punk in media by friends of Cabana that he was moved to ROH because of Punk. Also according to him, at least some of the "leaks" are false and come directly from those grown up kids who feed these lies to their clickbait hungry incompetent "Journalists" to make Punk look bad behind the scenes. And of course it doesn't help that Punk is well known of being no BS playing backstage politics guy. He says it how he sees it and unfortunately in today's world of corporate ass kissers, this is more like a curse than blessing for him to be a straight forward guy who won't lie and kiss ass to stay employed.

Does anyone else have a hard time picturing the Bucks trying to kick in a door? Yeah we can all visualize them doing a tandem super kick on some random door but the act of a kick door is highly aggressive and I just can’t picture these 2 getting aggravated to get point of assaulting someone.
