I had the opposite problem. I have Spectrum. I have gig speed with them. While I could upgrade to 2gig speed (Or even higher.) if I wanted to? But I always had nothing but problems with Windstream. (Or basically called Kinetic now.) I have gotten so many flyers from them sent my house and I just toss em into the garbage. lol

Here in northeast Georgia, Windstream was everywhere & it was always more messed up looking than an old antenna signal. Around here Spectrum bought everything out & even though it can be clearer, it's still the drizzling sh*ts & quadruple the old prices... 😵

The speed is getting better and faster. The problem is the old equipment (Basically the old lines) that runs it. Yeah that was my problem with Windstream. They kept losing the signal. I would have to call support, Somebody comes to the house and fixes it. Few weeks later. It happens again. I just got tired of it. @@vinceraven1501
