Um, he had the ATTRIBUTES of a god as well....Dionysus. With the long hair and beard, he also was sporting a "Jesus Christ" LOOK as well for awhile, which was quite popular among many men of the time period. (Of course if one is easily "triggered" by references or allusions to Christianity, one could go the "Pagan/Heathen" route and say Jimbo was sporting the ZEUS look--but that is quite a stretch since Zeus was probably pictured as having GRAY hair and beard, something "Jimbo" was lacking

Jim said "cancel my subscription to the resurrection". For the pure of heart and well intentioned life is a difficult journey. It remains a mystery why he could not make the transition like others did by a change of location. He had the privilege of an education and could appreciate the old world of Europe. Pam had the apartment in Paris so what went wrong? Jim Morrison became immortal by way of poetry .What greater honour than to be buried in the cemetary of Père Lachaise. Jim literally had it made in the shade.

Jim was raised as a typical "boomer child" who eventually turned against his parents and told most people they were dead. We all struggled with what went on in the '60s and '70s especially if our parents were connected to the military. Jim's father was in the highest level of the Navy and involved in Vietnam & I think Jim hated it. In all his high school pictures he looks very sullen like he would like to be somewhere else & that's just where he went. He was highly artistic and intelligent but unfortunately he was an alcoholic and the girlfriend was a heroin addict. No one will convince me Jim died of a heart attack I think he was hastily buried because he died of an overdose. A loss all around!

Be curious if whoever stole that original bust of him that was on his headstone in Pere LaChaise, if that person was blessed or cursed. But it was a fascinating blessing to watch THIS video though, but kind of sad too because Jim Morrison represented the embodiment of YOUTH to me, and I am at an age now, where I should probably outgrow my fascination with him, because there IS a certain DANGEROUSNESS that surrounds him....A dangerousness that is NOT healthy for a certain age/mindset.
@Chris-lz1fs3 жыл бұрын
When you see photos of Jim & Pam generally looking well and young, it's hard to believe that in just a few short years, they were both dead. But that's what alcohol & drugs does to people.
@jebidiahnewkedkracker10253 жыл бұрын
It's what fast living in general does to people. Think of the Eagle's song "Life In The Fast Lane". There ARE people who have the attitude/mindset of: "I'll sleep when I'm dead". It boils down to a choice: quality or quantity. So if one decides to move over to that "far left lane" on the "freeway of life"** in search of quick "QUALITY" , then "QUANTITY" is more than likely going to be affected. Of course QUALITY can be affected LATER, assuming one DOESN'T, like the Eagle's song implies....CRASH. Those "lines on your face" are going to come as quite a shock assuming you survive the "fast lane" intact or alive. But in the meantime, perhaps enjoy those "lines on the mirror"😈 PS If one survives the "fast lane" intact or alive, but is depressed by the "lines on one's face", don't despair....One can STILL, like BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN be left with 🎶 "nothing mister but boring stories of GLORY DAZE"🎶 ** At least in the LOS ANGELES area😂
@jebidiahnewkedkracker10253 жыл бұрын
@Mikale wunderfull Well, there is much truth in your comment, I am not disputing it. But I am saying that my other comment ^^^ is NOT invalid. There is truth in my comment as well. Assuming one reads it CAREFULLY enough. But thank you none the less for your response.
@jebidiahnewkedkracker10253 жыл бұрын
@Mikale wunderfull I should probably have MODIFIED the BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN lyric: 🎶"Leaving you with nothing mister but BULLSHIT stories of...GLORY DAZE" 🎶😂😂😂😂😂 Especially considering many people's propensity for EXAGGERATION, and SELF AGGRANDIZING "SPIN", if not out and out LIES when talking about their pasts to other people. Assuming of course such people are not LYING TO THEMSELVES, by thinking EVERYONE actually BELIEVES such people or even GIVE A SHIT regardless of belief or disbelief!!😂😂😂😂 But there ARE "angels" amongst us who would NEVER brag about living in ANY "fast lane" as I alluded to in my previous comment. Don't believe me? Then think of Bill Clinton when he was running for POTUS back in the 1990's: "I didn't inhale" (Never mind also NOT having sex with "THAT woman"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Uh...You MIGHT want to rethink your definition of the word "death". One does not necessarily need to be a mystic to realize, that, like Elvis; Adolf Hitler, Abraham Lincoln; Beethoven, Mozart; Augustus Ceasar, "Jesus"; "Moses", and "Adam and Eve", and "Lucy"; and SO MANY MORE, that Jim is, in a sense, VERY ALIVE.

Believe it or not, even though "Jimbo" is officially dead, there are STILL Elvis sightings. Which if you watched this documentary DVD that I watched on Elvis Presley, there REALLY IS ((or WAS)) evidence to believe that HE did NOT actually die when it was reported. The evidence was quite stunning even though I actually thought the people who thought otherwise were "nutcases". Never the less there really IS reason to believe ((or KNOW)) that Elvis Presley is NOW officially dead and not hanging out at any gas stations, 7-11's, or Pancake and Waffle restaurants ANYWHERE.😂😂😂😐😐
@jebidiahnewkedkracker10253 жыл бұрын
I have reason NOW to believe that the "mysteries" surrounding the death of Jim Morrison were the result of people intentionally misleading French/Paris authorities so that they could avoid getting into trouble. Basically Jim died of a HEROIN OVERDOSE, at a Paris nightclub and NOT in a "bathtub" (The bathtub was utilized to change the temperature of his body in order to mislead investigators--possibly from shutting down the nightclub where Jim died, LIKE ELVIS, supposedly on a TOILET in the club. I don't know for sure, I wasn't there, but the explanation I read made perfect sense, but also disappointed me, because like so many "Jimbo" fans, I ate the "mystery" of his death up, to the point I too wondered whether he was really alive.
