I drink Fair life lactose free milk the macros are pretty good. 13g protein, 6 grams of carbs, fat depends but I drink the fat free when dieting 1 cup =80 calories.

Second to taking the JYM pre and post blends . They are dynamite ! If you don’t have any financial problems that’s the best option to build muscle with all the ingredients needed. Milk is the second best option . I hope that helps.

Sorry this is a bit late, but it could be due to any number of reasons. I was diagnosed with low testosterone because I had just let myself go for so long. After getting on therapy I began eating right and exercising but was noticing something similar to what you're experiencing. It was frustrating until I worked out with a good friend of mine who has seen probably every video Jim has done and told me that my form on biceps curls sucked. I was letting my elbows come forward, taking the tension off the biceps and putting it on the shoulder girdle. Maintain strict form with your back straight and elbows aligned with the midline of your body and just curl the bar, you might even have to drop the weight to maintain form, but this is more important than the weight lifted. Keep good form and the weight, and size, will eventually come. Hope this helps.

I respect Jim in many facets of bodybuilding but man I am so opposite on dairy from a health perspective and how humans we are not designed to be consuming the milk of another animal. It's like me asking you to drink your mothers milk , you would be disgusted.

Animals are not designed to be eaten by other animals add vegetables have plant toxins, because they were not meant to be eaten. The only thing "meant to be eaten" is probably fruit, but at least milk was designed as a food.
