I was the kid who was so piss weak they couldn’t get worse lol too bad my football team lacked any real good figures to tell me that so I felt like shit quit after a season and took me until I was 18 to find strength training for myself. I like to think I’m not weak as piss anymore

Only thing he was wrong about was the baseball thing.. tons of mlb guys train pretty smart
