I do 5 KMs of jogging, brisk walking. Also, I do Meditation, yoga and pranayam. All these activities take daily 1.30 hours, I'm really happy with this

It's a very lived experience but with time and life experiences, I realised the value of real health and not just to look a certain way but now I focus on feeling healthy from inside and out. ज्यादा workout वही लोग कर रहे है, जिन्हें knowledge नहीं है। Knowledge होने की वजह से ही ज्यादातर लोग gym join करते है। और समझदार लोग weight training week में 5 दिन ही करते है, बाकी 2 दिन का रेस्ट होता है, रेस्ट करना जरूरी होता है। अब जो ज्यादा कर रहा है उसको ज्ञान नहीं है।

Gym Krna jaruri h ma'am ,gym krne se ciggerate, alcohol, junk food, ye sab se bachte h health acha rhta h physically ,and mentally dono, har koi bodybuilder banne nahi jata h khud ko fit rkhna first priority h sehat nahi honga to koi kaam nahi dega
