I do 5 KMs of jogging, brisk walking. Also, I do Meditation, yoga and pranayam. All these activities take daily 1.30 hours, I'm really happy with this

Mai pichle 2 saal se gym jaa raha hu aur puri shraddha k saath karta hu muze iss na ki sirf social media pe accha dikhne. k liye gym join karne k baad meri puri life hi chnage ho gayi ab mai mentally strong feel karta hu aur stress free bhi

शहर के बच्चे दवाओं के साथ पैदा होते हैं दवा पर ही जिंदा हैं जब प्रकृति को नहीं सह पा रहे तो प्रकृति के खिलाफ कब तक जिंदा रहेंगे। न नैतिक मूल्य न परिवार, न समाज, न दोस्त, न रिश्तेदार, चलो छोड़ो, आत्मज्ञान ही हो जाता तो। चेतना तो उठ जाती वह भी जानवरों से गिरी हुई, उनकी तरह ही नंगे घूम रहे , बाजार पैक्ड जूठन कचरा खा रहे।

What an appropriate explanation! It's a very lived experience but with time and life experiences, I realised the value of real health and not just to look a certain way but now I focus on feeling healthy from inside and out. And mere ghar peh aisi hi baatein hoti hai, sab gym freaks hai and yahi discuss karte hai weights kitna uthaya protein kitna khaya but mere bhai beheno ko 1 km chalne bol lo toh kisi ki jurrat nahi hai hilne ki 100 metre bhi but shayad woh bhi time se samjh rahe real fitness hoti kya hai and aur log bhi samjh hi jaaenge after facing health challenges.

हमारे भारत में तो कुश्ती के अखाड़े 16 सी शताब्दी सेही जगह जगह थे और अखाड़े में ही दंड बैठक और तमाम तरह के भार उठाना ,हाथरस में तो यह समझो के बगीची संस्कृति आज भी है जगह जगह अखाड़े होते थे दंगल होते थे सावन के महीने में कुश्तियों के बड़े बड़े दंगल हुआ करते थे वह जिम का एक पुराना ही रूप था

Main video ko 2 min par hi rok rha hoon... Aur haan kam se kam is reels ki generation wali youth gym jakar apne fitness ko thik kar rahi hai...aur main khud gym jata hoon morning me 4 baje yoga karna possible nhi hai aur gym ki timing kabhi bhi kar sakte hai .. Everything is Just a excuse Just go To gym or do heavy exercises and give some pain to your body. This is good for your health and future.

i have also joined gym in 2022 and lost weight of 12 kg in two months by 2 hour workout and consumed boiled foods with no carbs in night. but suddenly at one time, i started to suffer blackouts and then on doctor advice i have stopped to go gym. now i am cycling and consume carbs and food with ghee. my body is in control and feel goodness

I am 54 and go to gym and feel much better and it is part of my life. There is no age for getting fit. I have seen people at 80 years going to gym. This video is against fitness and this is biased reporting.

Agar body muscular hai aur apka stamina phuss hai to aap bhi phuss hai. *10km jogging *Bike aur car ke badle 10km ke andar cycle se jaana. *Family ya friends ke saath koi out door cardio sports khelna except cricket. *Aur mind ka bhi excercise karna jaise book padhna, chess khelna aur mind games khelna. Ye sabb hapte mein 4 se panch din jaruri hai.

Mai abhi 1 month gym gai aur painful workout ke sath sath 1 month me expenses itne jyada huye hain jo mai generally normal days me nahi karti.....ab chhod diya kyunki HIIT gym workout ke bad din bhar bahut thakan rahti kabhi abs pain kar raha kabhi thighs legs dard kar rahe hain upar se itna pasina bahane ke bad bhi only 1 month me 1 kg weight loss hua😂 mood bana liya tha gym chhodne ka par ab is video ko dekh kar mai quit hi kar deti hun

Work load aaj itna badha diya gaya hai ki mental health issues ho rahe hai, youth bardasht kr raha hai. lekin kisi ki is pr sawaal uthane ki himmat nhi hoti. Agar sawaal uthaye to baki logo k samne sharminda hone ka dar hota hai, or progressive career ke chalte health ko ignore kr rahe hai. Maine ye ab face kiya hai aur 1.5 yr me resign de diya tha. Lekin is pr sach me koi baat nhi krta

ज्यादा workout वही लोग कर रहे है, जिन्हें knowledge नहीं है। Knowledge होने की वजह से ही ज्यादातर लोग gym join करते है। और समझदार लोग weight training week में 5 दिन ही करते है, बाकी 2 दिन का रेस्ट होता है, रेस्ट करना जरूरी होता है। अब जो ज्यादा कर रहा है उसको ज्ञान नहीं है।

The message she is conveying is that set healthy goals for your body , gym is not a bad thing if your doing it in a correct way. But people will think that going to the gym is a foolishness and only doing yoga and jog is the key to a healthy body, Please try to understand your muscles and bones does require weight training for their maintenance. Set serious and realistic goals which you and your body can achieve in the gym , don't think of becoming mr olympia .

पहले जितने भी हीरो थे चाहे देवानंद हो धर्मेंद्र हो जितेंद्र हो अमिताभ हो इन सबकी शुरू की फिल्म में देखो ये लोग कैसे थे पर जैसे ही इनकी उम्र बढ़ी ये सब और ज्यादा खूबसूरत लगने लगे। और आजकल के हीरो पहली फिल्म करने के बाद दूसरी फिल्म मैं बदसूरत और बूढ़े देखने लगते है टाइगर श्रॉफ, रणबीर कपूर, शाहिद कपूर सबके शक्ल पे 12 बजे है

Very well covered, but ma'am there is study which can reduce the hba1c level (in diabetes patients) if they lift weights and do cardios...wrong to say that no use of gym or any physical exercise

I do calesthenics anywhere everywhere weekly 3.5 to 4 hrs exercise that's it. I am fit healthy and stress free.

Health is important. "Fitness" is a manipulative concept. Workplace stress and academic stress are killer. We have to focus on being healthy (BODY, MIND, SOUL, SOCIETY)... Now people are dying of Cardiac Arrests in and because or Gym..."Fitness".

ईसा जी नमस्ते, बहुत अच्छी बात है मेरे विचार से जिम जाना मूर्खता का परिचय देना है। आच्चे दिखाना या बॉडी फिटनेस के लिए योगा, व्यायाम , टहलना सबसे अच्छा तरीका है परन्तु सबसे अच्छा तरीका तो यह है कि राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ की शाखा में जाए तो तो उनके आगे सब फेल है

Gym Krna jaruri h ma'am ,gym krne se ciggerate, alcohol, junk food, ye sab se bachte h health acha rhta h physically ,and mentally dono, har koi bodybuilder banne nahi jata h khud ko fit rkhna first priority h sehat nahi honga to koi kaam nahi dega
