And wielding swords as a martial art as opposed to true martial arts (techniques of disposing physically stronger/larger foes bare-handed) is only adopted in Jimbei. Sanjii's kicks are inspired by real martial arts, but in-universe, he just learned these kick from Zeff and weren't taught by a sensei. Jimbei appears he was taught and ALL of his attacks are martial arts, not just a few like other members.

No, I think you're right. Fishmen can't just create water out of nothing, and gathering water from the environment is an advanced technique that requires meditation to perform (and was only seen in the Ace novel adaptation of Ace vs Jimbei, so it's debatably canon), but Jimbei's hands were just in Who's Who's mouth. I think you're right that the Water Shot was made of Who's Who's own saliva.
