@@YarrowBandThat, and i heard he couldn’t get drugs during the tour so he was also in withdrawal Jimi was getting tired during his last years playing live and for me it was clear to me he wanted to focus more on studio performances rather than live shows. He was an ambitionist at heart and that to me is proved in Electric Ladyland and Cry of Love which both have some of the most experimental tracks i’ve heard him play like 1983, House Burning Down, Have you ever, Voodoo Chile (long blues), Valleys of Neptune, Night Bird Flying, Belly Button View…. Even Angel is a bit different to what he usually played in my opinion . He was straying more from the blues and developing more of his already unique sound. I wonder a lot what he could’ve done if he had lived even 5 more years, hell imagine if hendrix was alive today. What’d he use? would he get in the metal scene of the 80s? grunge of the 90s? pop of the 2000s? Imagine what he could’ve done if he had lived… man, we can only dream..

Jimi looks like he's having a rough time on this one. Jaded and frustrated. It's a shame that, with all the great Hendrix moments captured on film, that this is one of the few that is easily available on KZbin. Still, that human was a force of musical nature even on a bad day...

¡EL MÁS GRANDE! La fuerza salvaje que transmite con su guitarra es abrumadora. Buen sonido a pesar de tratarse de una grabación de 1969. Sólo Jimi Hendrix ha logrado fundirse con su guitarra. GENIAL VIDEO. ¿Qué no hubiera logrado de no haber muerto tan joven? Gracias de Burgos (España)
