The paralleling that Jon and Martin do in that smoking/eating bit is amazing; almost so perfect it seemed it had to be rehearsed; but I think it just developed; Jon deserves a lot of credit for his perfect timing in that. And for Martin to be able to actually eat big donuts (those were big) like that is fantastic.

Nothing takes the funny out of a subtle joke than having to explain it to someone. It's DOA now. "filling the empty void of sadness", "substituting cigarettes to replace depression and low self-worth", etc... Sorry to tell you chief, but the subtlety went over your head. Go back and watch it again.

Four years ago tragedy struck my family. Unfortunately, my mom,younger sister,and my grandmother passed away all in two years. I remember Jiminy's interviews ended up on my feed and clicked on it and I belly laughed so hard I began to cry because I never believed I would laugh again. I truly respect Martin Short for his comedic abilities and if I were to ever meet him I would probably cry like a big baby and thank him for helping me through a difficult time in my life 😭❤

3:44 to 3:45 is one of the funniest single seconds ever. Besides Glick cramming a donut like he's vandalizing a drain, the sound has two musical notes: C# and Bb. Set your cursor on 3:44 and click it right when the sound ends. It's like a Nine Inch Nails remix. Stewart's a trooper; I would've passed out laughing.
