Always something... the world is going to miss this guy. Sad to see you go, what a life and such a gift to us all.

I was at this concert!!! I saw that whole exchange. This was the BEST concert! It was roughly 4 1/2 hours long and we drove all the way from ORLANDO to experience this concert! We had amazing seats and Jimmy was his usual awesome self. He played for about 90 minutes and The Eagles filled in the remaining 2.5 hours. What an experience! But I was there. Say "hi" to Glen for me, Jimmy. You're both so greatly missed.

What a class act… i true gift to humanity and the USA. This is a truly honest individual who filled our hearts with music that allows our dreams to sing and dance. We may have lost his body for awhile but the memories will live inside us forever

Jimmy always had the coolest guest's. He was just a fun guy that made fun music. Could you possibly find someone cooler than Joe Walsh? Really? It doesn't get much better than an eagles guy

I sort of missed the dramatic VO intro the album featured...but Live ain't LP! HaHa! (Plus the spoken outro, when Glenn Fry calls if Jimmy knows anyone who could house-sit for him and Buffett assures he knows a couple of guys "who are the best!" :-D Great take, from a pro performer's view!

Jimmy was born on Christmas Day 1945 and I was born the day before Halloween in 1945. Somehow I've been a great fan of his for years. We're old farts and I was surprised at how old the band looked. That said he was born with talent and these boys and girls still sound stellar to me. I hate global warming and the damage done in New Orleans, andTexas and Florida and Peurto Rico and always loved the island/costal life - Gulf and South Western sound of these genusis musicians. I understand why Bob Dylan has a Nobel prize for literature but Jimmy and the band deserve a Nobel prize for fun.

@@foobarmaximus3506 This surprises me a bit, I write a nostalgic piece about being a long time fan of a popular and pleasant musician taking credit for being a fan for a long time and I get some screed of bullshit from someone who appears to be proud that he was born the year before I graduate from high school. I've read all of Jimmy's books own most of Jimmy's albums, most on vinyl. I've got a degree in engineering, a master's in business, six patents and I've been to Paris (6 times) and I switched my political party to Democrat last year. Why all of the hostility.
