This was incredible * Turn fear into a tailwind instead of a headwind * Fear is as powerful as the force * When you feel fear, you have to train yourself to move forward * Any creative that creates something great has the fear that the next thing will not be as good.

Yes, incredible questions. Poignant and polished all from being prepared and thinking carefully about them. Well done. Just for feedback sake - sound levels on the VO were tingy, mid-ranging from the warmth of the interview. Enough to take me out of the intimacy of the connection you both had. Doesn't take away at all at how amazing this session was. Well done!

This is hands down the best series COMPLEX puts out. This is great info and insight into what makes these moguls so successful. My favorite things he said was "turn your fears from headwind into tailwind" and "I don't have a rearview mirror" alluding to staying focused on the future and not looking back.
