Gerald Holden is a fantastic after dinner speaker. I saw him at Alston Hall 3 times some while ago. He does an hour on the music hall and is hilarious with no smut at all. You can take a bunch of nuns, maiden aunts, or people who are easily offended and have them aching with laughter long before he has finished his act. He`ll be getting on a bit now and could be retired, but if he isn`t and he is down your way, go and see him.
