Great heart from Hatton, He has a lot of work to do, Defence, movement, power, game plan

I've never seen a fighter develop knockout power. His movement and game plan is fine. He has good punch resistance but he doesn't carry a big punch and this guy he fought was barely European title level.

I don’t see the hate Campbell gets ! Huge fight for him, fought really well and did 10 rounds. Lot of positives but I think the gas tank needs a lot more and his variation in punching. Opponent was picking him off a bit too much from the 5/6th onwards. A lot of heart 🥊🥊

Hatton found his level tonight but will benefit from the experience, he has bollox no doubt but his lack of power will catch up with him

The issue is sure Hatton has the heart, but most of us would if we had a dad we had to live up to like Ricky, if he fought more smart instead of trying to show how tough he was... who knows? But maybe he is just all heart and no tools like someone else said. We don't know but hoping he can come back and massive respect to Flint.

He has lost one fight by points in a learning fight to find his level right now. I'm not even going to pretend he'll do as well as uncle Matt Hatton, never mind his Dad, but maybe we see him as a fighter and not a son of a great? Just a thought?

Wait... you mean they're having fair fights in boxing?! Sadly this is isn't common! In MMA you don't fight 15-20 taxi drivers before you fight a guy who does it full time. He's lost a fight by POINTS. Khan was knocked out cold in round one and still managed to make millions afterwards (I still think the same guy would knock him out regardless of the stage)

Campbell earned my respect for fighting so hard, being always on the move. Big heart. But he is way too open. A boxer on the level of Flint with more striking power and Campbell goes to sleep early in the fight.

He's inherited good body punches but he telegraphs them way too much he is nothing compared to his old man unfortunately. And Ricky knows it. I really do root for hin though. He clearly got beat and I thought he would get kno ked out but he held his own well 💪 he will no doubt become better but he needs to humble himself and listen more to his family when training. I have never had a fight in boxing only trained and I don't telegraph my punches like him

I think the biggest problem right now with Campbell is the fact he keeps his chin up when he throws - recipe for disaster against a big puncher. There are some spurts of good head movement but doesn't seem consistent with it. But no doubt have to agree that I don't think he will ever be as good as Ricky. I think the Lonsdale belt may be a possibility though.

Look at the negative comments against Campbell, from the people who have never been a pro fighter , pressure of the crowd, television etc, he had a tough fight on his hands and ate some cracking shots and still didn't drop , respect to both men but majority of people expect a -0 record not everyone can achieve that but until you have been in that ring and trained and faced the physical and mental battle THEN comment with your negative judgemental crap Well done hatton
