I feel like we can kind of disregard late night hosts because of the Fallon/Cordon effect, but Jimmy is a lot like Conan, where some of the funniest stuff he says comes in how well he plays off of people. This was a really good podcast, really love when Nicole has a comedic background with her guest!

Okay, second comment. Why would it cost so much to "renovate" an office? Jimmy needed a window, give him a window, friends could help decorate and move a desk... right? I have friends in the industry out there, so I understand to a certain point... 43:11 I also have an ex who is constantly doing renovations for the new staff members at his workplace at an art school... that money can be better used. Such as preservation, grants for public art, scholarships... right? Aside from that tangent, I adore this episode! ❤
