Good idea Jimmy thanks for what you do. I had a little chance to do a little positive for someone last night. I don't want to come off as someone who is prideful and says look at me. But I can't help but think that God allows us to feel good inside after doing something like this. Saint Joseph was yes, second to our Queen Mother, Mary Immaculate, but indeed crucial to our salvation, as Saint Joseph saved our Savior, Jesus Christ, from the wrath of Herod by fleeing to Egypt! Plus, the natural reading of Holy Scripture is not that Saint Joseph thought Mary was unfaithful. Many Church Fathers did not see that at all as the Natural reading! Last time you told the tofu brains story, I was eating scrambled eggs. I haven't been able to eat them since. This time, it's beef shawarma. I'm gonna be a little upset if I can't stomach beef shawarma now 😂

The nausea from fasting over multiple days may be related to ketosis. This is what they call it when you cut out carbs and your body switches to obtaining energy from fats. It is thus named because something called ketones are involved. I read that flu like symptoms such as nausea are often a symptom of this transition. It makes sense that not eating anything (which would include carbs) would also cause ketosis. You might try sticking to a keto diet when you are eating and see if that helps avoid the symptoms (because you will be able to stay in ketosis instead of swerving in and out of it), but you should probably also get a nutritionist's advice, because while this kind of diet is effective for weight loss there may be problems with forcing your body into long term ketosis, and it can be difficult to maintain the keto diet (which is fairly strict) compared to diets that also allow healthier carbs such as vegetables, fruits, legumes, and whole grains.

I try to be optimistic about reading such writing's as the Proto Evangelical of James. I tend to think of it okay it's not canonical perhaps because it has minor mistakes. But maybe there's no reason not to 🥡 this year it into consideration some what in combination with other things that we do know. If it appears it doesn't have a agenda. And is this a good way to view it or not? And for example with the Gospel of Thomas or the infancy Gospel of Thomas. I tend to think that it may have more of a agenda and should probably not Be trusted As much. I'm just wondering if you have a different way of looking at them as far as they may or may not be of value to the church. Thanks Jimmy

Jimmy, as I listen to the four hour broadcast, I might have a couple of comments l o l. There is an expert, a Chinese expert. His name is Gordon Chang, and he has written several books about China's plans to dominate and overtake the u.S. He has been on several news broadcasts saying that these drones, the greater majority of them, are a precursor of China, possibly getting ready for war with the US over Taiwan and other reasons. There is a channel that keeps abreast daily about this drone situation, and the channel is called Steve Ram.
