joseph epps it’s not, these cases are real but have been dropped. The show pays for the persons case if he chooses for them to get it of course. It may look fake cause of who he picks but it’s just to make it more funnier. It’s real but he picks the most entertaining people with real cases to drop them, have them done with the show as a segment. It’s however real, so it’s 75% Real and 25% Emotional acting (which they go over with the people before the case/segment). Ik it’s a weird way but it’s still real for the most part. He Awards sometimes both parties due to it either being loss of friendship related or something else. The lashes one he awarded the other lady 303$ (which was the plaintiff) cause the defendant tried to con her, he never went in the back like usual cause she was 100% in the wrong. That, all the cases you hear are real.
