He looks like a cross between a young Brad Pitt and a young Val Kilmer. And he sounds like a cross between Brad Pitt and Johnny Depp. And on top of being absolutely gorgeous, he also has real musical talent. Another cool thing about him is he's not some silver spoon Hollywood kid. A random talent agent discovered him walking around Orange County Fairgrounds when he was 13 and got him auditions with Nickolodean. He was middle class. His parents divorced at 7 and his mom died of cancer when he was just 23. So he's dealt with some real-life struggles. He's also 31 and just now getting his foot in the door in leading roles so he's paid his dues in small time acting roles the last 18 years. Couldn't be happier for him. Never hear a bad word about him in Hollywood.

He truly deserves the oscar.There were several good actor parts but Austin performance of Elvis was beyond spot on. He poured his heart and soul into it and it showed for sure. I am hoping he wins the Oscar. If he dies with Lusa Marie passing (RIP) it will be bittersweet and emotional. There is another thing that was done good by Austin with him doing such an amazing job in this film Percilla and Lisa Marie got really close to him and approved of his performance. They did alot of promotional adventures to back him and the film. But with Lusa dealing with the loss of her son on 2020 it was good that Austin was able to bring some joy out of her and become friends.

Austin Butler, a fine lovely actor did it. He was able to play all the emotions und weak sides of Elvis despite his gifts. That is what we want to see.
