Sorry this is pretty unrelated, but this somehow always makes me think of one of my favorite _Dilbert_ jokes. They're selling computer keyboards branded "Big Q". The Q stands for Quality. Unfortunately it turns out half of them are missing the letter Q. Punchline: "So I guess the Q stands for Uality." So yeah Creed is a _Dilbert_ character. God I love him.

I get so excited when Toby announces he's moving to Costa Rica, A) for same reasons Michael would 2) because that's what you do when you fondle a coworker's leg, and d) because it means Holly's coming! I always forget we have to wait til season finale for it though :)

Holly is a brilliantly conceived and portrayed character at every level. Amy Ryan was perfectly cast. But honestly I hope folks don't gush over too many specifics and let Jimmy see how she develops on his own.

Well Ryan was on a meteoric rise, so he was headed for a fall for a long time. Funny how when Michael's nemesis (Toby) leaves, he finds his perfect match soon after

I always found Michael's hatred of Toby hilarious. I don't think they ever really explain it, which kinda makes it better. With that list of your favorite Comedies, Curb Your Enthusiasm might fit right in. Basically a Rated R Seinfeld.

I'm glad you liked this so much, especially Jim and Pam. I'm kind of dreading the doldrums of the show not quite knowing what to do with them going forward. Not a fan of art school or engagement plotline. But they are still good reacting to Michael/others; well used in this one! Phyllis literally asking for anti-gravity. Not a fan. This season and beyond goes to the well of obvious dumb jokes more often I feel like. I'm being a downer...still plenty to look forward to! Holly is one, there are other characters and stories too :) Always love seeing a new _Office_ on your channel!

To me this is the point in the series they start random flailing for storylines for most characters. Andy in the long run might be worst of them all. In a way it's a great meta-arc, Ed Helms being game for whatever but them never being able to settle on a real direction for him.

Nah Jim had nothing to do with it. It was only a matter of time before Ryan got caught with how disastrous the launch had been and how obvious the attempts at fraud were. Seriously, Ryan was asking entire branches to come in on weekends and re-insert sales onto the website.
