On the sheet of paper is says around 3 hours at max volume with lights turned off. I had it for less than one week and I think it will harly last the 3 hours.

If you plan on blasting this on full volume, you'll be happy for about 2 hours(without lights). This put my battery life at 50% then my sound output dropped to a faint volume that was hard to hear in an open area. So I plugged a charger up to it thinking I could get that loudness back, but was very disappointed as the volume could not be maxed out.

Try turning it off first then charge it then try turning it on and connect it to your device and see what happens if there's any changes

I have the xb20 and i tried the xb21 at a store. It really felt like my xb20 sounded better. The 21 sounded a little flat.

I got it for 40€ on Amazon Warehouse Deals. I wanted a speaker for the bedside and on the go. At 40 bucks I got a Sony speaker instead of the other trash at the same price. I think it sounds nice, the app is useful and the live sound mode is actually pretty awesome for playing some ambient music while you fall asleep.

I read some comments and even on the user's manual it says battery life will be about 3hrs at max volume. 10hrs at about 25% to 30% volume. It had a very nice sound. Anyway, I sold the sony and purchased the jbl flip5.

It's probably the waterproofing on this range. I had the xb31 briefly and it sounded muffled too. Others have reported the same thing.

Mine is the same, got it home it had 70% battery, charged it, no light came up. Thought it was broken! Un plugged the charger, and it did go up too 100%, it's just a delayed charging. Don't worry about the charging. It works.
