Glad to see another shot of you hitting driver. The hardest thing to learn about this swing, especially with driver, is to just do nothing and trust that the setup position will do it all for you.

If you try the Driver with a left hand club, It will help you to understand the concept of stillness and the difference between the Dominant arm and the Supportive arm. Since our right arm is dominant when swinging left handed, your back shoulder (left) will never come forward. Try it sometime and you'll see what i mean. It will really open your eyes to Jims philosophy about the inside out path. It is very intuitive. At work I swing a sledge hammer alot, and ive noticed when i swing left handed, i am forced to stay as Still as possible and my shoulders never turn.

I had such a difficult time navigating the website, and I was timed out many times, and never really figured out how to upload videos or do anything much more than to watch one of the videos in the lab or in the class, but I never really did get to watch the class video because I kept getting kicked off the website. So I ultimately just withdrew... I'm just 2 years post sudden cardiac arrest and Widowmaker heart attack, and I'm still trying to get my strength back... I'm sure there is an abundance of distance because I hit the driver 245 with your swing, which is not bad for an old man. I also hit the three and four iron very well and the nine iron very well using your swing. I really like the swing, but I was very frustrated with trying to navigate the website... Thank you for responding.

Jim, actually now that I think about it, if face is square to swing path, and swing path is to right, why wouldn’t you get a straight push? Doesnt face have to be at least somewhat closed to path to give a counter-clockwise spin on the ball to get a draw? Thanks.

@@jimvenetosgolf Jim. I wasn't giving what I thought was a negative remark or just a debate. Was just curious why a straight to path face gives a counterclockwise spin to the ball, which is what I assume leads to a draw. I guess I'm wrong about that last point which would explain my misunderstanding. I love your videos and am going to sign up after my rotator cuff surgery heals. Should be in a few months.

IF the left side controls the swing, shouldn't you be juggling that ball with your left hand/arm? Asking for a friend.......
