Tati is an absolute poet and definitely puts her authentic self into her words and her performance. Unusually, Eugene (bass) actually contributed some lyrics to this song - he's also a pisces so I guess he's "qualified" 😉

Saw these giants four times live. This obviously was their absolute breakthrough. Personally I like their earlier stuff better than their newer stuff. The newer stuff isn't bad at all, but I just like the little more raw edge music from them.

Eugene (bass player) and Tatiana wrote the lyrics to this song together. They're both Pisces and have known each other for a very long time. This is the current incarnation of Jinjer, none of the members are original and they kind of just all ended up in this band together by chance and they don't really even play together much outside of a live context. This is the band's least favorite song because they do not feel it represents who and what they are as a band and they kind of resent that this is the song that introduced them to a wider audience outside of Ukraine and Europe. This is kind of their song that they never felt was "finished" - it started off as a bass riff - the original ending was completely different, different key, different scale, different tempo, everything and I don't think the band is or perhaps ever will be completely satisfied with the song as it is. This live version is essentially a re-recording of an old song with a new drummer.
