And now I am convinced that Jinjer will go down in music history in their genre. Jinjer makes Jinjer music............ thanx for your interest on a world class band and for your reaction! lovely greetings from germany

Hey my Deutschen brother! Greetings from America! I always enjoy your comments. You and I have much in common I think. I see you dig Jimi. I'm guessing you share my appreciation for bands like King's X, Rush, Van Halen. Jinjer is my favorite band since Rush retired. They rekindled my passion for metal. I hope you get a chance to see Jinjer this year! A big thank you to you and the people of Germany for your support of Ukraine. Peace, hope and love from Alabama!

@@ericpeterson7512 thanx for your kind words......! yes, I have loved Jimi since I was 10 years old, and I love King's X, and saw Rush live in Germany about 100 years ago... I have been following the war in Ukraine for 2 1/2 years, almost every day.....yes, I'm also happy that we are supporting the Ukrainians so much. There are now over 1 million Ukrainian war refugees living in Germany. I hope that the dictator Putin will soon disappear from Ukraine!!! by the way, a few months ago we released our CD, which we recorded over 30 years ago in Berlin and Mannheim. It's completely different music, has nothing to do with metal, the project is called "Spinelli XYZee" *Psychedelic Underground Rap* a style that was born from an ecstatic mélange of rock, funk, acid jazz and hip hop, created in the 90s, a studio project of innovative musicians from Berlin/Mannheim who didn't want to make any compromises with a record company from Berlin, which is why we didn't get a record deal....... if you're interested: spinellixyzee.bandcamp.com/album/check-the-ripper warm greetings from germany my friend

This is my first reaction to JINJER. She does have a pretty voice…and then! I will have to listen again so I can really hear it. The concept of the song was well played. I loved the drummer; he was in a world of his own! And there is no doubt that they can play. I loved listening to the instrumental part and watching you bobbing your heads. I could see your excitement and that makes me happy! 🎶 Cyd

Cyd welcome to the wonderful world of Jinjer reactions! The Jinjer Army welcomes you with open arms. This band is special. I think it's great you're just discovering them with this brand new song. I highly recommend that you watch the video for Jinjer - Pisces Live Session. It's not their first song, but it's the one that thrust them onto the world stage. The contrast between Tatiana's beautiful, calm, smooth clean voice and her passionate roar of defiance is arresting to say the least. It's the song that launched a million reaction videos. You could say it singlehandedly boosted the entire reaction cottage industry. It currently sits at 86 million views. I feel like at least a million of those are just me! There are whole multi-part compilations of Pisces reactions, with lots of singers and vocal coaches waxing rhapsodic about Tatiana's incredible unicorn voice. The elephant in the room is the rest of the band. They're all top-tier talented. But more, they operate together like a well-oiled machine. They're notably better live even than in the studio. I hope you persevere with Jinjer. They're unusual and somewhat extreme. They're not for everyone, but for those of us who are hip to it, they're pretty much the best band in the genre, almost a genre unto themselves. Anyway, welcome! Nice to meet you!

@@ericpeterson7512 it’s nice to meet you, Eric. Thanks for your kind words and for showing your passion for this group. I’m not really big on the heavy metal sound, but I do try it out to support Jeremy’s and Jillian’s channel. I will, however, explore the world of Jinjer and check out this song you have suggested. I started watching this channel when it was just Jeremy and he started reacting to Home Free. After Jillian joined, I decided to check out the other bands that they were reacting to. That’s how you find an older lady commenting on metal bands. I also love The Warning and a few other girl bands, Dirty Loops, Joe Bonamassa (he can shred!), and more that my morning brain won’t release. So I’m headed over to the KZbin channel now to check this out! Have a great day. 🎶 Cyd

Taking the song on its own without the video, I feel like Tati always writes from her own experience. In this case her journey from shy inntrovert to metal queen. But at the same time she's written it to be pretty universal. And I feel like a lot of it is inspired by Ukrainian women who've taken up arms to defend their nation.

Vlad commented many months ago about when he started writing and working on their next project, that it was during the shelling when he was literally stashed in a basement in Kyiv, with the bombs falling over his head. He warned that their next album was going to be much darker and more brutal than Wallflowers, and I'm excited for the end result. They are not for the casual listener though- it takes some dedication to get all of their nuances. from an also TWA fan. (Also Faouzia. Also Haley Reinhart.)
