Tatiana loves a wide variety of music, including rap and reggae. It is less obvious but she uses a rap-like cadence in her growls very frequently too. Judgement & Punishment one take is awesome too. Their songs are definitely a journey. They pack so many feelings into each song.

Tatiana coming in on this spittin barz had me properly o_O on first listen! This won my song of the year for 2019- the angular proggy timings switching to an epic 4/4 chorus, & when she comes in on the chilled section with that tender vocal.... #Goosebumps :)

I knew you two would get back to Jinjer, you just couldn't stay away LOL 😆😆😆. They are an incredible band, and I do mean band. Tati gets the most attention because of her unbelievable vocals, but Eugene (bass), Roman (guitar) and Vlad (drums) are equally phenomenal. Asia said it perfectly, everyone has a bit of the show, and they do, they compliment each other perfectly, and that's what makes them an amazing band. I just have to mention to BJ that there are several female growlers/screamers out there, but for me, Tatiana is by far the best I've ever heard, and I've been listening to metal for over 40 years. After hopefully a few more Jinjer reactions, I could definitely see you two attending one of their concerts, they announced their North American tour a few weeks ago, and they might be in a city near you, I'm just saying 😊😊😊 I bought mine a few weeks ago when they perform in LA in October, plus I got the VIP meet and greet so I'll be able to meet Tatiana, Eugene, Roman, and Vlad, I'm so excited, I can't wait. I know it's gonna be an awesome night, as long as I don't get caught up in the mosh pit, because at my age, it could be catastrophic LOL 😆😆😆😆 Continue to enjoy your Jinjer journey you two, and as always, stay Metal. 😊😊🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶

@chriswalden7983 жыл бұрын
Awesome fun reaction:-) You both will have to check out more. Jinjer are simply true artist. They break the mold on traditional metal. They have a lot of different influences. But their main constant is they want to take you for an extreme journey from high highs to low lows and write around substance and meaning. Everything in the music, to the vocal melodies and lyrics are written with purpose. Each song is an artistical piece for them. They don't don't do anything half assed or the typical write a crap ton of songs and then select the best ones to go on an album, they only write a song with the intent for it to go on an album. Heart and soul gets put into every song and in every live performance of those songs. You should check out their song "Perennial" Live at Wacken 2019 next!

Many metal bands have transitions, however there is no other metal band like Jinjer that does so many transitions and time signature changes. All there songs are great and do not disappoint. Glad to see Tatiana has taken two more souls.

Yes the intro to this song, and indeed a lot of the verse is very much spoken word rhyme in the spirit of rap or hip hop.

@Noperiety3 жыл бұрын
Concerning moshpits, walls of death and the like: it's primarily about getting out energy, it's roughhousing, pushing each other around and injuries are in general only accidental. You saw Jinjer perform at Wacken, which is (to my knowledge) the biggest metal festival in the world and in an interview with the organiser he said that, aside from accidental injuries, they couldn't complain about any major violent disputes in all the years that the festival has existed.

Excellent reaction 👍🏻 glad you’re enjoying your jinjer journey. I don’t think many metal bands change as much as jinjer thats why personally i like them constantly never put them to one side im always listening to them since i got into there music 3 years ago. Jinjer is 4 parts all of them tight and important for each other but i get why tatiana is the main focus.they are touring in the usa 🇺🇸 this year.they have nearly finished a new album so new music this year👍🏻. I recommend watching “ home back “ next she goes the lowest I’ve ever heard her go in one part of the song.🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻

You're right that Jinjer loves writing songs with that calm/heavy roller coaster, it's in most of their songs and I think it's one of the ingredients that makes them so fantastic - the heavy parts make the soft parts feel softer and the soft parts make the heavy parts feel heavier. Jinjer is so good composing songs that keep the ear interested with smooth switches between tempos, time signatures, styles and genres. All of that mixed with powerful performing ability and powerful messages in their lyrics (mostly written by Tatiana) and I can see why they become so many people's favorite band so quickly. As many others have said, Judgement and Punishment (Tatiana's vocal one take) is another great one (all of them are, though), enjoy! ❤🤘
@bernhardkulzer91253 жыл бұрын
You know, the whole song I watched your eyes (both of you! 😉) and I saw the light in them. I saw how you went into that emotional rollercoaster, there was no pretense. Jinjer always get you on a journey. And, yes, your`s is not over! 😁🤘 So, if you love surprises (and I definitely think you do!) then your next step is the one-take vocal of "Judgment and Punishment". You both saw that in "Teacher, Teacher" Tatiana does something like rap and you were right. In "Judgment and Punishment" she does not - but.... 😁
