because over the last 2 years people had disposable income that was supposed to be budgeted for travel but not spend. theres this penned up urge to spend, so people turn to online. Now that travel is back ..... they are travelling with a vengeance

Josephine, the reason why e-commerce business were flourishing during COVID was because people are still scared to go out/lockdowns/quarantine. Hence, mostly everyone bought stuffs online. Once we transitioned to endemic stage and everything was reopened, majority went back to retail. I suggest you spend extra on marketing to improve your sales.
