Very clear explanation . I followed everything but what does it mean by Retesting on Version Two. Its just the same test we repeat or do we need to change the version in any field...Sorry for the ignorance , just a beginner.

Defects reported by testers in version one, cannot be fixed in the same version. Developers will fix the defects and make these fixes part of next version . Hence testers have to perform retesting on the latest version to see if these defects are really fixed by developers as stated.

You have options to import these tests cases into Jira tool, but you have create test cases in the Jira specified format before importing it into Jira.

It depends on the project. In some projects, we have to write them in tool itself and attach to the user stores. And in other projects, you have to create them in a document say word (not always excel) and attach it to the respective user story.
