I don't know if you've noticed this yet but the disturbed bad guy looks like Shoko Asahara. A terrorist who was responsible for the 1995 sarin gas attack on the Tokyo subway.

Yeah man same here i don't mind playing popular horror games but indie ones I just can't they are always way scarier than the mainstream ones

One of the best aspects a horror game can have is completely avoidable jump scares/instances of abnormality. The usage of things such as the eyes in that outside stall are so important because you can entirely miss it if you aren’t looking the right way, making it feel as though you aren’t in control of the narrative. I hate when games simply hold your hand to every single jump scare in a game, like leading the blind.

Really interesting watch! I kind of wonder if Chilla's Art was working on both Jisatsu and Kidnap at the same time and that's why there aren't as many documents or notes? Though I suppose less is better than being bogged down with too many... Still a great video, and really interesting theories, thanks!

Here's the Japanese newspaper translation. I'm kind of a novice at translating things, so sorry if sounds a bit off.(trouble coming up with a fitting word in English.) The black-boxed text is written 編集された映像が出回る → Edited Video is spreading The big text is 隠された部分に(rest is torn off) → In the hidden part (torn off) and the small texts are blurred so no one can read them.

On second thought, the 'Edited Video is spreading' might be better as 'Edited video circulating'. I assume the video is not multiplying and just somehow appears in someone's house randomly one by one.

This is fast😅. The JP YTbers have just finished hacking through the maps (out of bounds) to check on everything. This time, the story isn't as straightforward. 4:10 Reverse play it and it's Jesus. 7:10 He is able to see the 'holy/evil' faces now. 9:45 Good observation. 10:20 Female might not be Christian. 11:20 Homunculus in making xD. 12:10 Can still see them outside the room. 13:10 サンキュームービーsan says," The title reads, The video was/has been Edited.. The hidden part..." According to his video, there are some steam achievements with binary code. Putting them together makes サタン, the hole voice identity.

Don’t you think the design of the house reminds you of ‘my house playthrough’ by piropito? There are several elements in the game that reminds me of that too. The grandpa dying in the bath, the grandma and her doll collections… it’s one of my fave horror media and I’m super excited if chilla’s used the video as inspiration!

This game really makes me feel the absolute dread and isolation of the run down and horrifying settings. It makes me so uncomfortable and scared. I love it lol. The censored squares on the tapes with the scary noise they make near them was the creepiest part to me

First of all, love the video and the channel and I'm not super fluent in Japanese yet, but I'm very certain that the kanji used is wrong. Jisatsu is this ----> 自殺 And this ----> 自撮 is ji and do from "jidori" which is selfie, written as 自撮り For those curious, 自 is oneself 殺 is to kill and 撮 is to take as in photos.

I like to think that there was no demon in the first place… When kid lost his parents due to unknown circumstances he was heavily damaged and couldn’t recover from the trauma. Then he started hearing a voice telling him what to do, maybe schizophrenia? He was obviously sick and needed professional help but religious family believed that god could save him and they payed for this mistake. Just my personal theory :)
