In this video I go over some key elements on how to use top pressure to fatigue, break or soften your opponents. The more efficient you are at being "heavy" from top position the easier it will be to force your opponents to make mistakes. By making your opponents carry your weight you are forcing them to work "against the clock" they will know that it is only a matter of time before they deplete the energy reserves, this will give them a sense of urgency which will likely lead to bad decisions on their part.
Are you a Control Freak?
If not, you should be! In the world of Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, control is everything.

Love that lat trap. I’ve been using it a lot within these last few months and like to pair it with the far side chair sit to rear naked choke. They go hand and hand if they’re up on their side making back exposure.

Hey coach, thank you so much for these. Just started grappling again & you and the Silver Fox are my inspiration. I love what you said at the end about people's bjj working in many context. Questions: would your instructional be useful/ helpful for a white belt? If so, do you have any targeted at my level, which do you recommend? Or should I develop a bit more skill first then purchase? Fellow youtubers: any suggestions? Thank you.

I've got my own way of setting up a "lat trap" by moving their triceps with my hamstring. Works great when you loose their arm in s mount and they try to bridge you off or they try to pull deep halfguard. Your set up should work well with my game but I can't figure out any attacks from there apart from darce you showed in the video. Have you got anything else you like to use from there covered in your instructional?
