Dear Deepak, your explanation is very clear. It clearly explains the core Buddhist teaching on Dependent Origination (Co-arising) and Emptiness. I also heard from a Vedanta teacher that the Self can only experience itself via "other-ness", that is us, selves, via relationships with us. I think that is also what you attempt to explain to us, right. I am also told by a Buddhist teacher that Emptiness / the Unmanifest and the manifest always go together. There cannot be one without the other. So, we, the universe and "God" are all one. Only by embodying the qualities of "God", being as and in "God", can we know Him/Her/It, because we are It already. That is what I learn and am trying to embody the knowledge.

I just look at people as the perfect expression of consciousness doing the best they know " how to". Even the murderer is the perfect expression of consciousness - doinng the best he knows in the moment, if he would know better -he would do better, but his state of mind allows only so much. Hi Deepak, I am 64, & live in Bangalore, and I have watched most of your video clips. I have been suffering from this physical problem called "Trigeminal Neuralgia" for the last 10 years. I take this drug called Tegrital & Gabaneuron. I do a lot of meditation and a some pranayama. Could you suggest other methods of pain reduction in order to reduce my medication.
