Clayton Olson and Jack Butler is going to tackle about the Secret Power of Relationships.
This video is a pitch for why to be in relationships and what a relationship could give you that you would never get outside of the relationship.
The first part is RELATIONSHIP AS A MIRROR.
This tackles about relationship as a place where things will be revealed to you. It is where things will be reflected to you that is very hard to see on your own. It's very hard to see in your friendships or your work relationships because the level of arousal or trigger tends to be higher in love relationships and that can be difficult.
But if you see that as an opportunity for growth, it’s like you getting a reflection that you can't ignore. It’s like a mirror that you can't look in rather than a mirror that you only look in once a year.
With friendship, it can be very easy to just take some time away with that person. Take a week off and then go hang out with them later without the close and intimate bonding activated.
Relationship as a mirror communicates that a relationship may not be easily harmonious. It gives a “why “of perhaps sticking it out with something that may be difficult.
And getting rid of the belief that relationships are supposed to be easy, it's supposed to be flowing and that the minute it starts becoming hard or you're not feeling it any other it's time to abandon the relationship.
It provides a resilience to the connection, to push through it and to grow and to learn to love yourself more, to love the other person more and to be with perhaps some of the feelings that come up between two people inevitably; which are the whole myriad of all feelings from anger to disgust to love to joy and to resignation.
Next part is using the RELATIONSHIP AS A PLATFORM FOR GROWTH.
This is a new integration. This is a new relationship thing and it's difficult in many ways.
It's truly not allowing the “why” of the relationship to be inherited from something in the past. But rather now you've got a choice of why you're getting into relationship with somebody.
Is it because you're afraid of being alone? Is it because you want security?
Well with social media and just the population and the fact that we are no longer living in these small societies where we're kind of isolated from each other, we can find community. We can we can security within ourselves.
So, why actually get with somebody and go through difficult times?
And when you begin to look at it as a personal growth machine in a platform for you to bring your best self to, it starts to become clear what a relationship might look like when both people are fully conscious and entering into it with that purpose.
We're putting on an hour-long webinar where we are going to tackle some of the unseen obstacles that are often right in front of us, that stop us from being able to find and create the love that we want.
In that hour, we are really promising a paradigm shift and we're going to open up the challenges and the orientation around relating to men. And what it means to be in a relationship in a way that you might not have heard before.
So, if this is something that you are interested in, click the link below, you can register for a time that works for you.

I thought I worked enough on myself through therapy etc but after being in my last relationship I was incredibly insecure and triggered about so many things! He was part to blame but I’m looking internally. I’m going to continue to work on myself. I’m pointing the fingers at me because that’s what I can control. Not going to blame him. God Bless him. 😊

Hi Clayton! :) hope you are able to read this comment. Just wanted to let you know that you've helped me so much... Seriously.. I stumbled over your vids 2 weeks ago. I LOVE your advice! You are honest, calm, humorous and always on point! :) I had some serious problems with my boyfriend. (anxiety/jealousy) We constantly fought the last couple of months...And he said he needed space to think. I watched ALL your vids of 'relationship advice'... You seriously changed my MINDSET. I followed all the steps, I'm doing 'me work', seeing a therapist and fighting for my relationship. This vid is great. And so are your other ones too!!!!! :) my bf and I are very much in love. What we have is worth having and unaffordable. You seriously opened my eyes in many views!! I WANT to be a better gf, a better listener, friend and so on. Our relationship is recovering slowly but surely. I don't ever want to lose him and we are actually doing well now.. :) :) THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP! :) Greetings to you all the way from AUSTRIA (Vienna, Europe) Sharon ;)

This is great advice! I met my first true love at 29, we crashed and burned a year later. It took the failing of that relationship for me to really dig deep within myself and it has hurt like hell!! I have a lot of wounds deep scars that I'm trying to make peace with so I can create the relationship that I really want so badly. Thank you so much for posting, very helpful!

Thank you for this. I'm in a place where there is a fear of getting closer to the person in my life....yet I know I've met him for a reason: to continue to evolve. Whenever I find myself "looking for an out" I literally have to write and at moments be still. Allow myself to feel otherwise I know I'll run when there is no reason to. The very thing I've asked the universe is before me. It's up to me to show up authentically, enjoy the journey and get out of my head...lol

Clayton and Jack, re: 6 minutes in, I would answer that our ancestors were the same as we are now. Some of them worked on their relationships; did their inner spiritual work and achieved self actualization, although in the minority. Most people today, do not achieve this and die confused and possibly even a little bitter in their disappointment from life. Our happiness and spiritual growth are not directly related to our roles in life, such as whether women earn as much as men or have a career staked out. When we get into the debate of which is better, 'traditional roles" or "how it is now" I think we miss the point. God bless you and keep up the good work. You have my full attention.

I’m a huge fan of communication, authenticity, that a relationship can be a mirror. At the same time, by no means should I stay in an abusive relationship whether physical, emotional or spiritual. If I do stay in that type of relationship (even friendships) maybe my reflection in the mirror is why do I stay with abusive people? Probably a lack of self-love.

Excellent points made. Relationships have evolved and we have to relearn (or is it build a new philosophy altogether?) what works.

This is in general. What you see in others, good or bad, is in you. Like looking in a mirror. What & who you attract is who you are! Tell me your friends are & I'll tell you who you are!

Your description is a telling about a twin flame relationship. Is that where you got the information?Twin flame can't be broken it's a spiritual, physical, mental on every level connection. You can't apply it to normal karmic relationships. It has to be a higher level of conciounous! ! What exactly are you selling? There are Soul connections which are freinds, family. Karmic relationships. Twin Flame the higher spiritual connection not everyone will have.
