Love, love this video. Reminds me of saturday afternoons growing up in Sierra Leone. Saturdays were busy, with all the food preparation and lots of pounding of foo-foo (cassava dough)., grinding onions and pepper on flat rocks (called pepperstone). We call jute leaves crain crain. I have just discovered them here in the UK. Egyptians consume it a lot. They call it Molokhia - and import it so, finally, I get it frozen and already diced. Thanks Jasmine for making truly authentic and mood capturing content. God bless you, may your diligence continue to bring you great success.
