This episode has more characterization for Sothis than any of the games. Still a pretty episode and the whole conversation was wholesome especially near the end, kinda wish the games had this.

I like to think that the reason why Byleth looks so depressed is that he’s already done this before and he already knows everything’s going to fail in the grand scheme of things. But that’s probably just me being an absolute sadist.

Byleth was lucky Sothis gave Rhea a very stern talking to. If it failed, I would have suggested summoning Scruut from Apocrypha to teach her how regret is the most pointless mortal delusion of them all, and to set no goals and abandon all expectations... or, you know, give her a damn Snickers bar.

Last episode proved 3 tranqs weren't enough, this episode opened with 6 of them (and 2 bumps on the head) meaning Rhea is tough

They've used the Javelins of Light on three areas?! Merceus got this in Verdant Wind and Silver Snow and Arianrhoid got this on Crimson Flower. Myrddin was spared in all routes. But now...

man i've been loving this series so much. it's honestly been wanting to make me play 3 Houses again, and seeing Rhea interact with her mom brought some tears to my eyes.
